Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview

Cool Breeze 1250 Heating and Cooling, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Cool Breeze") is hosting a contest (the "Contest") where one participant will win $5,000.

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to homeowners who purchase a new HVAC system from Cool Breeze between June 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025 (the "Purchase Period"). Participants must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the Contest, participants must:

• Purchase a new HVAC system at full price from Cool Breeze.
• Sign the contract for the purchase.
• Make the required down payment.

Participants who sign their contract and make the required down payment on the same day as receiving the new system quote will receive two entries (two balls) into the spinning drawing drum. If the contract is signed and the down payment is made on a future day, the participant will receive one entry (one ball).

4. Number of Participants

Cool Breeze anticipates approximately 80 participants will enter the Contest.

5. Prize Drawing

The prize drawing will take place on August 1, 2025. The name of the winner will be randomly selected from the entries (ping pong balls) placed into the drawing drum.

6. Prize

The prize for the Contest is $5,000 (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.

8. Conditions of Participation

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and accept decisions made by Cool Breeze as final and binding. Participants grant Cool Breeze the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.

9. Limitations of Liability

Cool Breeze is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical malfunctions or errors. Cool Breeze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or connected to the Contest.

10. Governing Law

This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Cool Breeze is located.

11. Modification of Terms

Cool Breeze reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on Cool Breeze’s website.
